What you can contribute to
- Support the division in activities monitoring the quality of surface water and groundwater
- Evaluate data related to water quality, water temperature and groundwater quantity
- Manage metadata in the FOEN water database
- Provide support for other activities of the Hydrology division (e.g. statistical analysis of hydrological data)
What makes you unique
- Master’s degree in natural sciences or environmental engineering
- Good knowledge of data processing and environmental chemistry
- Good knowledge of hydrogeology, hydrology or geology is an advantage
- Knowledge of statistics and programming (R/Python) desirable
- Good active knowledge of a second official language, driving licence desirable
In a few words
You will discover the work of the Hydrology division and contribute to the rigorous analysis and preparation of data on water quality and hydrology. In doing so, you help provide important foundations for water quality monitoring and hydrological observation.
