Spare Parts & Customer Service Clerk 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for you as a Spare Parts & Customer Service Clerk in an international environment. You are the central interface between customers, internal departments, and global partners.

Your tasks:

• Prepare offers for spare parts and service services as well as manage order processing taking into account foreign trade regulations

• Coordinate customer orders, monitor milestones and ensure reliable implementation

• Be the central contact person for internal and external customers regarding spare parts and service orders

• Understand customer needs, find pragmatic solutions and ensure a positive customer experience

What do I need to be successful?

• Commercial training with ideally experience in international order processing, or technical training with commercial experience

• Structured, priority-oriented way of working even in a dynamic environment

• Technical flair for demanding products and processes

• Customer-oriented service mindset with solution-oriented actions

• Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
