Junior Communication & Graphic Support Officer - 3 months

About the role

Within the internal communication sector, you support the team during a period of high activity. You play a key role in producing varied multimedia content while ensuring visual excellence and respect for the brand image.

Tasks

• Design print and digital materials (posters, flyers, newsletters)
• Produce and edit video content (interviews, clips, retrospectives)
• Create the graphic layout of strategic PowerPoint presentations
• Ensure visual coverage and promotion of internal events
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs

We are looking for

• Training in visual communication, graphic design, multimedia (or self-taught path with portfolio)
• Successful initial experience in communication, graphic design, content creation or video production.
• Excellent command of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
• Strong skills in video content production and editing
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint)
• Fluent in French and professional level in English

An asset if you have

• Proficiency in Figma
• Interest or initial experience with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to design
• A portfolio showcasing your graphic or video creations
