What is my role?

• Independent management and execution of construction projects during the realisation phase

• On-site construction management as well as coordination of all executing companies and trades

• Monitoring and control of schedules, budget and quality standards

• Enforcement and monitoring of official requirements and conditions

• Ensuring professional and standards-compliant construction execution

• Continuous exchange with project managers, planning offices and specialists

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed training as a construction manager or a comparable qualification

• Ideally practical experience in a similar position

• Organised, independent and reliable approach

• Enthusiasm for leadership tasks and coordination of various project participants

• Motivation for personal contact with all parties on site and in the team

• Proficient use of digital tools and applications in everyday work
