Polymechanic 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

As a polymechanic at our client, you will be part of a dynamic team in high-tech manufacturing. Your responsibilities include independently setting up, programming, and operating state-of-the-art CNC turning and grinding machines (3-5 axis). You will not only oversee series production but also be responsible for training and supporting your team members. The production of prototypes as well as the processing of small and medium series are part of your daily routine, along with quality assurance and machine maintenance.

What do I need to be successful?

You bring not only a completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic with several years of professional experience but also genuine enthusiasm for technical challenges! Your strengths lie in independent, solution-oriented work and precision handling. What particularly distinguishes you:

• Solid programming skills in ISO and Fanuc, ideally also CAD/CAM experience

• Confident handling of testing and measuring instruments, including digital coordinate measuring systems

• Strong quality awareness and attention to detail

• Structured approach to technical problems

• Team spirit and the desire to develop yourself and your colleagues further

• Willingness to work in 2 shifts is an advantage
