Your area of responsibility
- Strategic and operational advice and support for managers and employees on labour law issues, HR processes, and complex personnel matters
- Recruitment of specialists and managers and management of the corresponding operational processes
- Support for long-term absentees due to illness and accident
- Active participation in ongoing and upcoming HR projects as well as change processes
- Planned travel activity within Switzerland

What you bring
- Commercial basic training with further education in Human Resources at specialist certificate level
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role, ideally in an industrial environment
- Sound knowledge of labour law as well as a good understanding of business contexts
- Native German speaker, good Italian skills, French an advantage
- Communicative personality who acts on equal footing with managers and provides guidance in complex situations
- Responsible and independent working style
- Strong team player
