Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for carrying out payroll accounting and payroll processing for various clients
- Contact person for our customers in all matters relating to payroll accounting and administration
- Ensuring the timely preparation of payroll statements, social security notifications, and other payroll-related documents
- Monitoring and compliance with legal and contractual provisions in the area of payroll accounting
- Advising customers on payroll tax and social security law issues
- Supporting the optimisation of payroll processes and the implementation of digital solutions
- Contact person for internal departments such as HR, finance, and controlling on payroll tax matters
- Coordinating projects in the area of payroll accounting and actively contributing to the further development of our payroll services
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting or payroll department
- Good knowledge of Swiss payroll, social security law, and tax law
- Experience in using payroll accounting systems, ideally SAP HR or similar software
- Strong service orientation and consulting competence
- High numerical affinity, accuracy, and trustworthiness in handling sensitive data
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Team player with the ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment
