This is what the professional everyday life looks like

• Carrying out professional, patient-centred and evidence-based nursing care and support for our patients and their relatives
• Co-responsibility for ensuring nursing quality as well as the implementation and sustainable anchoring of Lean Hospital
• Advising and coaching staff in complex patient situations or nursing specialist questions as well as supporting new employees
• Introduction, training and evaluation of nursing guidelines, instructions and concepts on the ward
• Participation in the implementation of innovations and changes in nursing and in the interprofessional context
• Active involvement in nursing-specific working groups and projects
• Member of the ward management committee within the framework of shared governance with co-responsibility for the strategic development of the ward

Competences and potential

• Basic: Dipl. Nurse FH (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
• Preferably: At least 2 years of professional experience as a qualified nurse, preferably in surgery and/or internal medicine
• Highly desirable: Advanced skills in patient education, communication and clinical decision-making
• Additionally: Quality-conscious, critical and reflective thinking as well as independent and reliable action
• Essential: Warm, appreciative and customer-oriented attitude towards patients, relatives and staff
• Also: Empathy, flexibility, result orientation and assertiveness
