Versatile Support Operator in Watchmaking – M/F

On behalf of a company active in the watchmaking sector, we are looking for a Versatile Support Operator M/F.

You will join a demanding production environment, where you will be involved in various stages of the manufacturing process.

Your main responsibilities

• Carry out degreasing and tribofinishing operations on automatic or semi-automatic machines
• Ensure the packaging of parts in accordance with production instructions
• Perform visual and dimensional checks to guarantee product conformity
• Carry out first-level maintenance of equipment
• Identify and report any production or operational anomalies
• Record production data and ensure computerised tracking entries
• Follow work procedures as well as quality and safety instructions
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation

Your profile

• You have proven experience in an industrial environment, ideally on automatic or semi-automatic machines
• You are comfortable in an environment requiring the management of several activities simultaneously
• You possess very good dexterity and demonstrate precision in your work
• You have good mechanical sensitivity and are able to detect simple malfunctions
• You are comfortable with the computer tools necessary for production tracking
• You are recognised for your rigour, reliability and ability to follow procedures
• You enjoy teamwork and can adapt to production constraints

Job conditions

• Hours: shift work according to a 3×8 schedule
• Position requiring repetitive manual activities as well as lifting loads, respecting safety rules and handling equipment provided
• Industrial production environment
