Customer Service Specialist Benefits (m/f/d)
How you contribute:
- Responsible for triaging CRM communications and monitoring daily operations
- Conducting coaching and training to further develop team members and ensuring quality standards
- Responsible for onboarding and training new employees
- Proactively participating in advancing digitalisation and automation within customer service benefits
- Independently conducting in-depth clarifications and handling of complex benefit cases and complaints, considering regulatory frameworks during periodic support in daily operations
- Ensuring cross-team collaboration and support in quality management, process optimisation, and knowledge transfer
Your profile:
- In addition to your basic training in commercial or medical fields, you ideally hold the Social Insurance Specialist Certificate.
- Thanks to your several years of practical experience, you are very familiar with benefit inquiries and enjoy acting as a sparring partner for your team colleagues.
- You are system-savvy and well acquainted with common Microsoft products. CRM and Syrius knowledge are a great advantage.
- You impress with your self-organised and structured working style.
- You bring excellent German language skills in speaking and writing and at least very good knowledge of Italian, French and/or English.
