About the job
What the daily professional routine looks like
- Contact person for all QM topics in the centre
- Controlling the services to be provided in the respective areas according to specifications
- Preparation of quality-relevant key figures taking into account the respective standards
- Control and training of employees to ensure the specified standards
- Assumption of delegated special tasks by the centre/clinic management
- Independent management and updating of QM documentation
- Coordination and organisation of ANQ measurements, as well as preparation of results for the Quality Management management and the specialist departments.
- Participation in the implementation of regulatory requirements
- Coordination of internal and external audits including their evaluation and processing as well as integration into existing processes
- Monitoring of M&M conferences with measures
- Support in critical incidents and accidents
- Review of the PDCA cycle with improvements
- Support of KAIZEN
- Support with administrative tasks
- Correspondence/coordination with involved parties (insurances, doctors, patients, relatives)
- Leadership of or participation in projects
- Participation in the quality conference
- Link for constructive, interdisciplinary collaboration
- Living the quality management and lean philosophy
- Active participation in the development of improvement measures and their implementation.
- Support of centre management in controlling, preparing analyses as well as implementing and monitoring measures
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces and active involvement in the ZAR management team
Competences and potential
- Completed training in quality management (NDS or MAS)
- Completed training in healthcare (e.g. nursing, medical-therapeutic) or business administration
- Experience in healthcare/hospital.
- Several years of experience in quality management and complaints management, also with internal audits
- Sound knowledge of ISO 9001, ANQ, CIRS as well as regulatory requirements
- High quality awareness and high quality standards for own work
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Analytical as well as entrepreneurial thinking and confident handling of key figures and controlling instruments
- Very good IT user skills, data affinity and business understanding
- Experience in organisational development & process design
- Ability to work independently, structured and result-oriented.
- High competence in handling sensitive data and information.
- Teamwork skills and a high degree of initiative.
