Property Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You take full responsibility for managing a mixed property portfolio
You create digital rental contracts and addenda and review service charge statements
You coordinate maintenance and repair work
You plan and conduct viewings as well as handover and return appointments
You provide professional leadership to a small team
Qualifications:
You have a federal qualification in the real estate sector or are currently completing one
You have several years of professional experience in the real estate sector and are familiar with tenancy law
You have already gained initial experience in team leadership
You are confident in using MS Office
You speak fluent German and have business fluent English skills
