For our Surgery / Orthopaedics department, we are looking for a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH (70 - 100%) from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.


Your tasks

• Management and implementation of the nursing process
• Establishing a trusting professional relationship with patients and their relatives
• Coordination and organisation of daily operations
• Co-responsibility for the process and outcome quality of the department
• Active participation in interprofessional case discussions
• Co-responsibility in the practical supervision of students and trainees
• Electronic documentation and performance recording

You bring with you

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF or a completed Bachelor’s degree in nursing FH
• A clear identification with the guidelines of professional nursing and the perception of the nursing process as the core task of nursing practice
• The ability to build relationships characterised by empathy and attentiveness
• A strong willingness to learn and perform (digital competence)
• The ability and willingness to cooperate within the interprofessional treatment team
