Export & Trade Compliance Specialist 100% (m/f/d)
For an internationally successful company in the consumer goods sector, we are looking for a committed individual. Responsibilities:
Review of international export regulations and their implementation in daily business
Handling export control and sanctions requirements
Monitoring relevant changes in foreign trade law
Maintenance and verification of origin data, customs tariffs, and preferences
Assessment of export transactions based on legal and internal requirements
Participation in adjustments of SAP and other compliance processes
Coordination with logistics, finance, tax, IT, and external customs partners
Support with official enquiries, inspections, and internal compliance audits
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in export, foreign trade, or trade compliance
Good knowledge of Swiss and European export law
Practical knowledge in export control, sanctions, and international trade regulations
Experience in an international industrial, commercial, or logistics environment
Experience with SAP or comparable ERP and customs systems
Knowledge of goods origin, preference law, and customs tariff classification
Analytical working style and strong understanding of regulatory requirements
Very good German and good English skills
