Senior IT Operations Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 135,000Role:
In this role, as a system engineer for service integration, you actively shape the further development of a modern IT landscape and drive the integration of new services. You are responsible for the technical conception, implementation, and optimisation of system and interface solutions that support a stable, secure, and efficient pension platform. You take ownership of complex integration projects, coordinate involved stakeholders, and ensure high service quality. With your solid expertise, you identify improvement potentials, drive automation, and ensure smooth operations in ongoing business. Through your entrepreneurial mindset, you make a direct contribution to the strategic further development of IT services and shape their future direction.
Responsibilities:
Together with external partners, you ensure a stable and secure IT operation of the services
You take over the 2nd and 3rd level support, analyse disruptions, and coordinate sustainable solutions
With your expertise, you further develop infrastructure, workplace, and security solutions and drive automation
You accompany IT projects, evaluate new technologies, and successfully transition systems into operation
Through your documentation and training, you support employees in the optimal use of IT systems
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with further education at HF/FH/university or ETH level as well as 5+ years of professional experience
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Windows client management
Experience in IT security, networks, system architecture, and PowerShell automation
Practical experience in IT projects as well as dealing with external providers
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
