Role:
In this role, you take global responsibility for a business-critical application landscape and thus decisively shape the company’s technological foundation. You lead an international team across multiple locations (CH, HR, LT, USA) and ensure that collaboration is efficient, goal-oriented, and professional. With your focus on efficiency, end-to-end optimisation, and automation, you drive the continuous development of the systems used. You question existing processes, identify improvement potentials, and implement sustainable optimisations. This ensures that the application landscape is stable, future-proof, and optimally aligned with business processes.
Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and manage an international application team and external partners
Take holistic responsibility for ERP, CRM, integration, and PIM regarding availability, performance, security, and scalability
Analyse and optimise end-to-end processes such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and plan-to-produce
Lead international transformation projects and drive automation with AI and RPA
Establish and further develop IT governance, compliance, security policies, and best practices
Qualifications:
Degree in business informatics or comparable qualification
Several years of enterprise experience in international application management, ideally in an industrial/production environment
Solid knowledge of ERP, CRM, integration, and data management; Infor M3, Salesforce, and Lobster Data are advantageous
Proven leadership experience with international teams as well as experience in transformation and process automation
Strategic and analytical thinking, intercultural competence, willingness to travel, and fluent German and English
