Participation and active involvement in complex customer projects
Technical advice and support for our partner's customers
Support in preparing offers and conducting requirements analyses
Maintenance, operation and further development of CRM solutions
Design and development of solution designs for customer-specific requirements
Further development and optimisation of existing solutions
Close collaboration with customers and internal teams in implementing sustainable CRM solutions
Qualifications:
Completed bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the respective field
Experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365
Sound knowledge of the standard functionalities of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
Very good knowledge of .NET and C# as well as good knowledge of JavaScript
Experience with Microsoft Azure and Power Apps
Understanding of the integration and further development of modern CRM and cloud solutions
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
