What to expect
- You lead the assigned operational team in the substation construction area and ensure the safe and efficient execution of the work. You also take on work preparation (AVOR) and coordinate the necessary resources.
- Your tasks include the maintenance of medium and low voltage networks as well as ensuring reliable network operation. You independently create and process switching and work orders in compliance with applicable safety regulations.
- You locate and professionally resolve faults in medium and low voltage systems as well as in public lighting to ensure safe network operation at all times.
- You coordinate EKZ’s mobile network replacement units and partially carry out corresponding deployments yourself. You also monitor and coordinate FTT-TS installations.
- Maintaining plant documentation in the relevant systems is also part of your responsibilities, as is processing customer orders, for example for the maintenance of private transformer stations or extraordinary switching of public lighting.
What you bring
- You have completed an apprenticeship as an electrician or network electrician and ideally have experience in substation construction.
- Thanks to your further training as a senior network technician or your willingness to undertake it, you continuously develop your professional skills.
- Your confident and friendly manner convinces various stakeholders and you always present yourself professionally.
- Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and very good German language skills, both spoken and written, characterise you and support you in your daily work.
- You are willing to perform on-call duty and hold a driving licence for categories B and BE. You either already have category BE or are willing to obtain it promptly.
