Your area of responsibility
- You are responsible for the nursing process within the framework of the key nurse concept, incorporating the nursing models and nursing diagnoses applied at LUKS
- Contributing to the improvement of the quality and effectiveness of nursing is also part of your duties
- You take on the coordination of nursing in interprofessional collaboration. In doing so, you promote interdisciplinary exchange and thus make a significant contribution to the holistic care of patients
- Your commitment to the instruction, support and assessment of trainees is of great importance. You promote their professional and personal development through targeted support, constructive feedback and a respectful learning atmosphere
Your experience
- You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH. You bring the necessary knowledge and practical skills to act professionally even in demanding situations
- In a dynamic work environment, you maintain an overview even under pressure. Your open and solution-oriented manner fosters a positive working atmosphere and supports efficient teamwork
- You possess strong social skills in dealing with patients and their relatives and approach them with empathy, appreciation and sensitivity
