Technical Internal Sales Clerk - Tendering/Calculation (m/f)
Your tasks
- You actively support our sales team in handling private and public tenders
- You prepare and administratively accompany offers for projects and orders
- You independently and precisely record, process, and calculate tenders
- You independently obtain offers from suppliers
- You keep an eye on dates and deadlines and coordinate them reliably
- You competently, solution-oriented, and service-mindedly handle customer inquiries
- As an interface, you work closely with internal sales, field sales, and specialist departments
- You ensure the technical and administrative process quality
Your profile
- You have successfully completed an electrical engineering or commercial training
- You combine technical understanding with commercial thinking
- You already have experience in internal sales
- You handle MS Office confidently and efficiently
- You communicate fluently in German
- Structured, independent, and precise work is a matter of course for you
- Initiative and a sense of responsibility characterize you
