What is my role?

• Processing of quotations and orders

• Customer support and professional customer advice

• Handling customer enquiries from a technical and commercial perspective

• Cooperation with the field service and its support

• Creation and preparation of offers

• Processing of orders

• Control and monitoring of delivery dates

• Recording and processing of service and repair orders

• Recording and processing of complaints and warranty cases

• Administrative correspondence and document management

What do I need to be successful?

• Technical training (ideally in mechanical engineering or process engineering)

• Further training in the commercial field

• Practical experience in sales/internal sales

• Service-oriented approach

• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications

• Practical experience with CRM and ERP solutions

• German: excellent oral and written communication skills

• French: solid oral and written language skills
