Job Description

• Independent care and support of clients in their homes, taking into account their individual needs.

• Implementation of nursing, medical, and therapeutic measures in collaboration with qualified nursing professionals.

• Promotion of clients’ independence and quality of life in their familiar home environment.

• Trustful cooperation with relatives, nursing professionals, and other involved specialist agencies.

• Independent work and reliable organisation of daily assignments throughout the entire Spitex service area.

• Driving licence category B required and willingness to visit clients with the Spitex car.

Requirements Profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ.

• Empathy and enjoyment in working with people.

• Strong social skills.

• Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.

• Knowledge of IT/PC applications.

• Good German language skills, spoken and written.
