What you can achieve.

• You are responsible for the professional and personnel management of a team of around 20 employees in the field of construction site safety.
• Conducting recruitment, development and leadership discussions as well as personnel evaluations are also part of your duties.
• In addition, you take responsibility for organising personnel and material resources for the various railway construction sites.
• You are present on the construction sites, take care of organising and conducting safety audits and ensuring the safety of railway construction sites.
• You participate in various working groups and thus ensure the continuous improvement of existing processes.
• Completing administrative tasks such as reporting, invoice and time controls, monthly accounting, etc. are also among your strengths.

What you bring with you.

• You are independent, dynamic and flexible and have the ability to adapt to different workloads and unforeseen events and to organise yourself.
• As an initiative and communicative personality with a high customer orientation, you find it easy to deal with people.
• For this position, you need a basic education in construction, technical or commercial (EFZ), supplemented by function-specific further training.
• Initial experience in managing employees distinguishes you.
• In recent years, you have gained knowledge in railway construction or are willing to acquire it.
• You are fluent in German (level C2) and basic knowledge of French and/or Italian (level A2) is a plus.
