Project Management Building Automation Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000Role:
In this role, you will take on project management for demanding building automation and electrical engineering projects from the initial consultation to successful commissioning. You are responsible for the technical planning, coordinate the execution, and ensure that all electrical and building technology requirements are implemented professionally and on schedule. You liaise with internal and external project participants and ensure clear, structured communication throughout all project phases. Additionally, you accompany maintenance and optimisation measures to operate the systems efficiently and reliably in the long term. In doing so, you contribute decisively to realising modern, safe, and future-proof building technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- As project manager for building automation electrical engineering, you take responsibility for demanding projects in industry, infrastructure, commerce, and private clients.
- You lead and organise fitters and electrical installers and ensure smooth project execution.
- In this role, you independently communicate with customers and suppliers and coordinate all interfaces.
- You prepare calculations and quotations, thereby laying the economic foundation for your projects.
- As project manager for building automation electrical engineering, you monitor costs, prepare interim invoices, and ensure correct project billing.
- You maintain existing customer relationships and actively acquire new orders for the company.
Qualifications:
- Completed or ongoing further training as a project manager with a professional certificate and/or federal diploma as an electrical installer as well as training as an electrical installer/planner
- Several years of experience in leading or actively participating in electrical projects
- High resilience and flexibility, even in demanding project situations
- Confident handling of different contacts and enjoyment of teamwork
- Strong customer orientation and confident, professional appearance in direct contact
- Driving licence category B for assignments at customers and construction sites
