System Administrator (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role as a system technician, you manage the IT infrastructure of customers and help make their work processes simpler and more efficient. You plan, install and operate IT systems, provide first- and second-level support, and assist in optimising processes in production companies. You work with ERP software and can gradually familiarise yourself with software development. You have completed training in computer science, possess good knowledge of current Windows operating systems and network technologies, and enjoy customer contact and digital solutions. Additionally, you demonstrate teamwork, initiative and solution-oriented thinking.
Responsibilities:
- You plan, install and operate IT infrastructures for customers
- In this role, you provide first- and second-level support
- As a system technician, you support customers in optimising their work processes
- You delve into the development of the ERP software EasyProd using C#, WPF and Blazor
- In this role, you develop and maintain client, server and web applications
- As a system technician, you coordinate existing systems and optimise digital processes for customers
Qualifications:
- You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
- You have good knowledge of current Windows operating systems (Windows 10 / 11, Windows Server)
- You bring know-how in network technologies such as DHCP, DNS, VPN, firewall and routing
- You enjoy direct customer contact and have an interest in processes in production companies
- You are interested in software development and digital solutions
- You demonstrate teamwork, initiative and solution-oriented thinking
