Senior ICT System Engineer 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Implementation and support of deployment projects in cloud and on-premise infrastructures as well as in the workplace environment

• Ensuring system maintenance and continuous optimisation of the IT landscape for SME clients

• Technical support of the service desk as 2nd-level support for complex enquiries

• Management of technical documentation including creation of configuration and user manuals

• Knowledge transfer within the team and promotion of the professional development of colleagues

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed IT training (EFZ), preferably supplemented by higher professional education (HF/FH)

• Many years of professional experience in a similar role in the ICT environment

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft, Citrix and VMware technologies (relevant certifications are a plus)

• Strong team skills combined with a high level of quality awareness

• Confident expression in German and English, both spoken and written
