Your Tasks

Design, implementation and operation of ICT infrastructures in on-premise, private, hybrid and Windows cloud environments
Participation in customer-specific IT projects in close collaboration with experienced system engineers
Operation and further development of Windows server and Windows cloud environments
Responsibility for client operations as well as for Office 365 / Microsoft 365
Operation and support of firewall, network and VoIP/telephony solutions
Analysis and resolution of faults as well as handling support requests at 2nd and 3rd level
Creation, maintenance and further development of technical documentation
Support in IT consulting, training and in the development of solution concepts and offers
Active participation in the further development of IT services and products

Our Requirements

Completed training in computer science (EFZ, HF, FH or equivalent)
Several years of experience as an ICT system engineer or system administrator advantageous
Sound knowledge of Windows server environments, virtualisation, network basics and firewall technologies
Experience in client operations as well as with Office 365 / Microsoft 365
Experience with cloud technologies in private, hybrid or public cloud environments
Structured, independent and customer-oriented working style
Enjoyment of new technologies, high willingness to learn and team spirit
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
