What you can achieve

• You are responsible for leading and promoting the machine operators during your shift in the 1-2 shift operation and ensure the smooth and efficient running of production including break cover and shift handovers.
• You are the link between production and technical service. You independently resolve minor technical faults.
• You act as the first point of contact for employees during the shift and proactively support with any problems or queries that arise.
• You regularly exchange information with the other shift supervisors and also ensure seamless communication with the management team.
• You check the processes and systems for accuracy, record data correctly in the MES and consistently implement hygiene, quality and safety regulations during your shift.
• You support the management team and represent the department’s goals and key figures to the employees.
• You continuously analyse, optimise and develop production processes.

What you bring with you

• You have completed vocational training and have several years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• You bring initial leadership experience and understand how to lead and motivate employees in a goal-oriented manner.
• You are technically skilled and can lend a hand when a machine fault occurs.
• You have extensive knowledge of SAP and MES and are comfortable using common MS Office tools.
• You enjoy working in a team and have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
