Project Manager Fire Protection (m/f/d)

Role:
An experienced specialist is sought for a position in the field of fire protection. The scope of duties includes the development and implementation of fire protection concepts for new construction, conversion, and renovation projects, as well as accompanying the projects as the QS responsible person and in the specialist construction management for fire protection.
Responsibilities:
Development of holistic fire protection concepts for new construction, conversion, and renovation projects
Technical advice to clients, architectural firms, and planning teams
Assumption of specialist construction management for fire protection from planning to commissioning
Creation and review of fire protection documentation and fire protection plans
Execution and accompaniment of integral tests
Assumption of the role as QS responsible person for fire protection across all project phases
Support of tenders and fire protection assessment of existing buildings
Qualifications:
Completed training as engineer, architect, technician HF or comparable technical qualification
Further training as fire protection specialist VKF or fire protection expert VKF
Several years of professional experience in fire protection planning
Experience as QS responsible person for fire protection
Knowledge of relevant VKF fire protection regulations and standards
Good German language skills spoken and written
Driving licence category B
