Civil Engineering Site Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 115,000Role:
Responsible site management role for diverse infrastructure projects in road and utility construction. The position includes independent management of construction projects, coordination of contractors and project participants, as well as ensuring quality, costs, deadlines, and safety. A varied role with modern working tools, exciting projects, and development opportunities in an innovative engineering company.
Responsibilities:
Independent leadership and supervision of construction projects in road and utility construction (water, wastewater, district heating)
Coordination and monitoring of construction execution considering quality, costs, deadlines and safety requirements
Organisation and coordination with contractors, suppliers, and other project participants
Ensuring professional execution according to project documents, standards, and contracts
Processing of quantity surveys, claims, and cost controls
Responsibility for construction administration including reporting, minute-taking, and billing
Maintaining collaboration with clients, authorities, and contact persons on site
Contributing to the successful implementation of modern and sustainable infrastructure projects
Qualifications:
Completed training as a site manager, construction supervisor or a comparable qualification in construction
Several years of professional experience in road, civil or utility construction
Confident use of construction administration software (e.g. Bauplus advantageous) as well as good MS Office skills
Very good German language skills spoken and written
Good knowledge of processes and standards in infrastructure construction as well as experience in construction execution
