For one of our partners in Lausanne, we are looking for a Site Manager in building works!

Site Manager - Building (M/F/D)

Job Description

• Complete management and monitoring of building construction sites
• Planning of works and coordination of various trades
• Organisation of human, material, and technical resources
• Monitoring the schedule and meeting contractual deadlines
• Financial management of sites (budgets, measurements, cost tracking)
• Coordination with the site management, architects, and engineers
• Participation in site meetings and drafting progress reports
• Quality control of works and compliance with Swiss construction standards
• Monitoring safety and procedures on sites

We expect

• Technical training in building (site manager, engineer, or equivalent training)
• Proven experience in managing building sites
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Proficiency in reading plans and technical aspects of structural work
• Sense of responsibility and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
