You take professional responsibility for payroll and social insurance
You ensure correct and timely payroll processing
You support the payroll management team both professionally and operationally as a deputy
You independently handle EO benefits and social insurance accounting
You participate in HR and payroll projects as well as process and SAP HCM optimisations
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in payroll processing
Sound knowledge of social insurance, labour law and withholding tax
Further training as a social insurance specialist with a federal certificate or comparable qualification
Analytical, structured working method and experience with complex payroll matters
Communicative, discreet and service-oriented personality
