Your tasks
- You plan, manage and successfully implement cross-departmental projects
- You advise stakeholders and business partners on goal setting and solution development
- You moderate decision-making processes and are responsible for stakeholder, risk and change management
- You lead interdisciplinary teams and apply classical as well as agile project methods purposefully
Your talent
- Several years of experience in project management or comparable transformation roles
- Proven experience in implementing cross-departmental change and implementation projects
- Industry experience in health insurance, insurance or financial industry is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of classical and agile project methods (e.g. IPMA, PMI, Scrum, Kanban)
- Very good German or Swiss German skills, spoken and written
- You are a structured, analytical and solution-oriented personality with strong communication skills
- You convince through independent working style, teamwork and confident appearance at all hierarchical levels
