IT System Engineer - Microsoft & Network (m/f/d)

In this role, you take responsibility for the stable, secure, and efficient operation of IT systems and infrastructures. You plan, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and relevant services, ensuring they work seamlessly together. You analyse and resolve disruptions sustainably and propose optimisations to continuously develop the system landscape. As a professional in this field, you make well-founded technical decisions and ensure high availability and quality of IT services through your structured approach.
Responsibilities:
You ensure stable operation of IT and support customers in 2nd level support
You independently handle tickets remotely or on-site and support server, client, and network environments
You analyse security events, coordinate third parties, and participate in customer projects
Your tasks also include Microsoft environments, networks, VoIP, updates, and security patches
Maintaining ICT documentation and approximately monthly on-call duty are also part of your duties
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience as a system engineer or ICT system specialist
Good knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, Microsoft 365, Citrix, Azure, network, and firewall
Fluent written and spoken German, customer orientation, willingness for on-call duty, and driving licence category B
