As part of a temporary position with the aim of permanent employment, we are looking for one of our clients, active in the medical sector, based in the Canton of Geneva, a (m/f)

As part of the development of its activities, our client is looking for a nurse with commercial skills and fluent in German, able to combine medical expertise, a sense of service and the development of lasting professional relationships.

Your mission:

• Provide advisory support to clients and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients and partners.
• Identify the needs of contacts and propose suitable solutions.
• Present products, services or offerings in the medical field.
• Ensure commercial follow-up, contacts and reminders.
• Maintain trusting relationships with healthcare institutions and various partners.
• Ensure smooth communication in French and German.

Your profile:

• Qualified nurse training, with experience in care.
• Fluent command of German, essential for professional exchanges.
• Strong interest in commercial activities, customer relations and advisory roles.
• Previous experience in sales, business development or medical representation is an asset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good listening skills, autonomy and results orientation.
• Organisation, dynamism and ability to build lasting relationships.
