What is my role?

• Responsibility for a customer base

• Technical clarifications

• National and international shipping

• Processing of written and telephone enquiries for spare parts

• Close cooperation with internal departments to clarify prices and delivery times

• Preparation of spare parts and repair offers

• Follow-up of outstanding offers

• Responsibility from offer preparation to invoicing including shipping and export documents

• Handling of customer complaints, returns and credit notes

What do I need to be successful?

• Commercial basic training from a technical environment (mechanical engineering) is mandatory

• Experience in internal sales

• Experience in export is mandatory

• Enjoyment of customer contact, both written and by telephone

• Independent and precise working style

• High flexibility and resilience

• Structured working style in a dynamic environment

• Good communication skills and team orientation

• Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems, preferably SAP

• Business fluent in German and English

• French is an advantage
