Team Leader for Spare Parts

You are looking for a new challenge and want to apply your skills in the field of spare parts? Starting immediately or by arrangement, we offer you a varied role with responsibilities within our company located in Granges-Paccot.

Here are your tasks:

• Supervision of warehouse staff
• Development and optimisation of warehouse processes and organisation
• Ensuring smooth order and delivery processes for internal and external customers
• Achieving optimal availability of spare parts
• Sale of spare parts and participation in commercial activities
• Development of the existing customer network and acquisition of new customers
• Support for service partners in our dealer network
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Required profile:

• Completed training as a retail manager with a Federal VET Diploma or logistics specialist with a Federal VET Diploma; further training in business management is an advantage.
• Experience in spare parts sales; knowledge of buses is an asset.
• Very good knowledge of French and German.
• Experience in team management
• Good understanding of IT tools
• High resilience and ability to work independently
• Open personality and team-oriented
• Category B driving licence
