For the successful and smooth realization of our diverse projects, we are looking for you as part of a well-coordinated project team. In this central hub function, you coordinate the collaboration of planners, craftsmen, and contractors. You support the preparation of tenders, obtaining offers, as well as the awarding process and also make an active and valuable contribution to contract management.
What you bring with you:
- Several years of professional experience in construction administration as well as ideally a commercial or construction management basic education.
- Confident handling of common construction management tools, especially MS Project and Messerli.
- Experience in assisting with the preparation of tenders, schedules, and cost control.
- Strong communication skills, high personal responsibility, and a structured way of working.
