What you can look forward to.

We in the Analysis and Revenue Assurance team take care of the management and further development of the Sparwelt and ensure a fair and cost-efficient revenue distribution. With our data analyses, we provide the basis for planning passenger transport revenues as well as for considerations on further development of the range. Become part of our 8-member team, which is open to your ideas. Together we work on good solutions for our customers - we are ambitious in the matter and humorous in tone. We have a permanent and a fixed-term position to fill.

What you can achieve.

• With your conceptual skills and data competence, you work on SBB internal and industry-wide projects that model the tariff landscape of the future.
• Ensure the further development and quality of automatic passenger counts in a cross-departmental team.
• You actively shape our data analyses, help develop the organisation towards a data-driven business, define new analysis topics and ensure good comprehensibility, extensibility and maintainability in development.
• Your data analyses provide valuable insights into the sales and usage of GA, Half-Fare, saver tickets and other travel passes and simplify the daily work of the entire team through automation.
• You help to further develop subscriptions and tickets based on data to increase customer satisfaction, public transport market share and passenger transport revenues.

What you bring with you.

• Your affinity for numbers enables you to create meaningful analyses of the mobility market and to explain these to different stakeholders on the one hand and to represent the associated attitude on the other.
• With your organisational talent and proactivity, you ensure consistent and structured further development of our data analyses.
• Programming skills (e.g. Python, SQL) are required and visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBI or dashboard programming) are an advantage.
• A university degree related to data science, mathematics, econometrics or work experience in these areas completes your profile.
• You are fluent in German. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
