CNC Setter Mechanic

Our agency, mandated by a Manufacture based in Geneva, is looking for a CNC Setter Mechanic (M/F) to strengthen its existing teams.

Profile sought:

• Technical training in mechanics, machining, microtechnology or polymecanics (CFC or equivalent training).
• Proven experience as a CNC setter mechanic, ideally in watchmaking, microtechnology or precision mechanics.
• Good knowledge of CNC machine setting, tooling and machining parameters.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and dimensional control methods.
• Rigorous, autonomous and methodical person, with a real concern for quality.

• Set and put CNC machines into production.
• Assemble and adjust tools.
• Inspect produced parts.
• Ensure production follow-up.
• Participate in continuous improvement.
