Technical project and operational responsibility for district heating / energy centres (a), 80% to 100%

In this versatile role, you take on the technical responsibility for the implementation of heating renovations in the district heating sector as well as for the reliable operation of the energy centres and the district heating infrastructure. You work in a motivated team of seven. Your varied activity is divided into around eighty percent office work and twenty percent directly on site at the construction sites. As the client representative, you coordinate external specialist partners and confidently accompany demanding projects.

Your tasks

• Technical responsibility for heating renovations in the district heating sector as well as for the operation of energy centres
• Coordination and management of external specialist partners in the role of client representative
• Committed support of projects regarding quality, costs and deadlines
• Setup, introduction and operational management of the facility management tool Sambesi
• Support of the department management in the operation of new build projects of the base load centres as well as in administrative tasks
• Support of the management of the energy network in efficient operational management

Your competencies

• Technical basic training, for example in heating, HVAC, energy or building technology
• Ideally a completed further education as a technician HF or as a master craftsman in this field
• Additional knowledge in project management, energy supply or plant operation is a great advantage
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with high personal responsibility
• Enthusiasm for sustainable energy systems and a strong team orientation
