The Les Noisetiers Foundation is a multi-site medico-social institution, recognised for the quality of its services, its facilities and its working environment.
It encompasses several missions (EMS, EPSM, CAT) in the Broye region between Sassel-Granges-Marnand and Payerne and is part of a development dynamic, serving residents, beneficiaries, inhabitants and its 190 employees.

Located in Payerne, our EMS Les Cerisiers accommodates 44 long-stay residents in a calm and family-like environment. Join a human-scale establishment and actively contribute to the quality of life of the residents. EMS Les Cerisiers is organised around strong values: Respect, well-being and communication.

We support elderly people in geriatric and complex geriatric situations. A development project is underway, with a new building planned for 2028.

Your missions:

Under the delegation of the nursing staff:

• You provide medical-technical treatments and care to residents.
• You assist and support residents in daily life activities with respect for human values and the well-being of each individual.

Your main responsibilities:

• Support the physical, psychosocial and spiritual well-being of residents.
• Develop synergies with other sectors.
• Communicate information orally and in writing accurately.

Profile sought:

• CFC Community Health and Care Assistant.
• FEE training will be an asset.
• Strong interest in geriatrics and advanced age psychiatry.
• Ease in relating to elderly people, with respect, listening and empathy.
• Autonomous, organised, dynamic and flexible person.
• Good team spirit and sense of responsibility.
• Fluency in French (oral and written) and computer skills (MS Office; knowledge of Carefolio = an asset).
