What you will achieve with us
Are you an ambitious Chef de Partie and want to further develop your craft at the highest level in a state-of-the-art kitchen? Then it’s time for us to get to know each other
- Managing your own station from mise-en-place to the finished dish
- Creative and aesthetic plating of dishes
- Supporting the kitchen team in creating new dishes and menus
- Adhering to and promoting defined quality and hygiene standards
- Role model function
What we wish for
- Completed chef apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Professional experience in upscale restaurants/hotels
- Efficient and resource-oriented working method
- Good German skills (additional foreign languages are an advantage)
- Willingness to work at weekends (shift work between 6.30 am and 5.30 pm in a 7-day operation)
