Responsibilities:
Independent management of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
Support and development of the accounts payable workflow
Responsibility for receivables management with major customers
Implementation and monitoring of the internal control system within the accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Participation in monthly and annual financial statements
Support and accompaniment of external audits
Review and processing of expense reports
Posting of credit card statements and administration of company credit cards
Collaboration on financial accounting topics for national and international companies
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting
Several years of professional experience in financial accounting in an SME or industrial company
Solid experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Experience with financial statements is an advantage
Knowledge of German VAT is a plus
Very good knowledge of MS Office and practical experience with SAP FI
Business fluent German language skills
Precise, reliable, and team-oriented working style
