- Advising and supporting managers on personnel matters
- Accompanying change and transformation processes within the company
- Personnel administration in cooperation with the HR service centre
- Participation in HR projects and further development of HR instruments
- Several years of experience in HR consulting, ideally in an industrial environment
- Understanding of business management contexts and HR solutions
- Strong service orientation and networked thinking
- Confident handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge advantageous

Profile
- Completed commercial training with HR further education or equivalent- Several years of experience in HR consulting, ideally in an industrial environment
- Understanding of business management contexts and HR solutions
- Strong service orientation and networked thinking
- Confident handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge advantageous
