The Municipality of Ecublens is looking for a Project Manager (M/F/D) at 100%, for the Building Services.

Your profile:

• Holder of a diploma as a ES technician in building technology, a CFC draughtsman or an equivalent qualification.

• At least 10 years of professional experience in project management and site supervision.

• Good command of MS Office tools and CAD software (ArchiCAD and/or AutoCAD).

• Proven skills in managing construction and renovation projects, preparing tenders, planning and monitoring works.

• Good knowledge of sustainable construction principles.

• Excellent organisational, analytical, planning and initiative-taking skills.

• Ability to work independently while favouring constructive collaboration and a strong team spirit.

• Excellent command of French and good writing skills (reports, notices, etc.).

• Sense of public service and ease in relations with various stakeholders.

Main missions:

• Assume the duties of project manager related to the construction and renovation of municipal buildings.

• Lead real estate projects and act as the Client’s representative with contractors and companies.

• Ensure compliance with budgets and schedules.

• Participate in drafting proposals, reports and notices.

• Prepare service or construction tender documents in compliance with the Public Procurement Law.

• Coordinate works with other municipal and inter-municipal services.

• Carry out various administrative tasks related to the service’s operation.
