Head of Finance & Central Services (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF140,000 - 170,000Role:
Our ROCKEN partner is an established institution in the social and healthcare sector, offering people with various support needs a diverse range of housing, care, and work opportunities. To strengthen the management team, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual who will bring together central operational areas and actively shape the further development of the organisation.
Responsibilities:
You lead the areas of finance, personnel, administration, IT, and technical services in terms of expertise, personnel, and organisation
As a member of the management team, you help shape the corporate strategy and are responsible for its implementation in your areas of responsibility
You manage financial planning, accounting, controlling, reporting, and liquidity planning
You prepare budgets, annual financial statements, investment calculations, and economic decision-making bases for the management
You advise the management on financial, business, personnel, and organisational matters
You continuously develop processes, internal control mechanisms, and digital workflows
You are responsible for the further development and implementation of personnel, quality, data protection, and compliance concepts
Qualifications:
Completed further education in finance and accounting or business administration at the level of a federal certificate, higher technical school, university of applied sciences, or equivalent
Several years of experience in a senior finance role as well as sound knowledge of accounting, controlling, budgeting, and financial planning
Leadership experience and ideally knowledge of the Swiss social or healthcare sector, care financing, and industry standards such as Artiset, Curaviva, or INSOS
Experience with HR processes, ERP systems, and the digitalisation of administrative procedures; knowledge of LOBOS is an advantage
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
