This opportunity is particularly aimed at a recent graduate wishing to gain first-hand experience in IT management control. You will benefit from close support, develop a cross-functional view of IT activities, and contribute to high value-added projects from the outset.

As part of a temporary replacement, you will contribute to the operational continuity of the IT Controlling function. You will also participate in continuous improvement projects focusing on the automation and optimisation of the Budget to Report and Procure to Pay processes, the development of new management capabilities, notably for external service providers, as well as the enhancement of reporting.

Your tasks:

• Ensure the operational continuity of the Procure to Pay and Budget to Report processes, notably through contract referencing, invoice processing, analytical accounting of information system costs, launching validation workflows, and reallocating Azure costs according to FinOps principles.
• Participate in improvement projects by contributing to the automation of monitoring and reporting processes, analysing and monitoring external service providers (expenses, performance, and contractual structure), as well as optimising the Budget to Report and Procure to Pay processes.
• Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of existing reports to strengthen the quality and reliability of activity management.
• Participate in the production and updating of dashboards and monitoring tools for the team.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management, finance, controlling, or information systems.
• Very good command of Excel; Power BI and Python are assets.
• Interest in data analysis, reporting, and budget monitoring.
• Ability to learn quickly, work rigorously, and gain autonomy.
• Good team spirit, sense of confidentiality, and interpersonal ease.
• Fluency in French and English.
