About the job
Activities- Responsible for the entire care, leading his/her teams and complying with the instructions and directives of the client and ORS
- Holistically leading his/her staff taking into account the management's guidelines and expectations of the cross-sectional functions of ORS. Responsible for time management in the centre
- Coordinating needs-based staff training
- Collaborating and communicating with federal and other authorities as well as other partners. Participating in regular meetings with clients and partner organisations
- Evaluating and reporting on centre activities and results to improve performance and provide relevant information
- Responsible for cash book management and correct disbursement
- Responsible for and implementing care standards according to BEKO; SEM quality standards QSU and optimisation of workflows in consultation with the regional care management. Responsible for implementing directives from the RLB and SEM
Requirements
- Tertiary education: Federal professional examination (Federal FA) or equivalent (e.g. HF diploma)
- 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience
- 3 years of leadership experience (advantageous)
- Experience in the asylum or care sector (at least 2 years)
- Intercultural competencies
- Experience in handling conflict situations
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
