Your focus is on filling technical, craft and operational specialist roles. Thanks to your proven in-house recruiting experience, you independently and professionally conduct demanding recruitments in close cooperation with our People Business Partners and attract the right talents for our company – people who ensure the smooth operation of the airport every day with passion, competence and team spirit. Continued employment beyond the fixed term is not planned.

Your job destination

• You are responsible for the entire recruitment process – from the job advertisement to contract signing – with a focus on recruiting technical, craft and operational professional profiles
• As a competent contact person, you support and accompany managers and People Business Partners in demanding recruitments, assess applications, conduct structured interviews and provide well-founded recommendations for personnel decisions
• With target group-oriented job advertisements, targeted active sourcing and modern recruiting channels, you attract the right talents and ensure a convincing candidate experience
• Coordinating technical adjustments to recruiting and advertising platforms as well as supporting system changes are also part of your responsibilities
• You actively contribute new ideas to further develop our recruiting processes, tools and working methods and help shape changes
• At professional and career fairs as well as employer branding activities (career days, welcome day, etc.), you represent Flughafen Zürich AG and inspire potential talents for our diverse professional worlds

Your skills in your luggage

• You are deliberately seeking a fixed-term challenge for 12 months and are available at short notice
• You have at least three years of professional experience in in-house recruiting, bring solid experience in recruiting technical, craft and operational professional profiles and have completed training or further education in HR, recruiting or human resources management
• As a sparring partner, you competently support managers and People Business Partners and convince with a solution-oriented, pragmatic and service-oriented working style
• Active sourcing and the targeted use of modern recruiting channels are part of your daily recruiting routine
• Structured, pragmatic and independent working characterise you – even with several recruitments running in parallel, you keep an overview and set the right priorities
• You are confident in dealing with ATS, sourcing and recruiting tools, question existing processes and actively contribute to the further development of our recruiting instruments and working methods
• With your professional appearance as well as your clear, authentic and confident communication, you convince in interviews, conversations and presentations – in fluent German and preferably also in other languages
